My Product Has Melted. How Can I Fix It?

 Because of the low melting point of coconut oil and Shea butter, your product may have melted during shipping. Place the product in the refrigerator for 15 minutes and it will return to it’s normal texture.  During the winter months, if your product has hardened during shipping, please let it sit at room temperature for easier use.  

Is Everything Natural?

 Yes, they are! Mahogany Butters only uses 100% raw and all natural oils/butters in your products. Our mission is to provide you with healthier, supple skin, without the added chemicals 

Is it safe for children?

Yes! Mahogany Butters is an all-natural product that has been tested on extremely sensitive skin and is typically safe for all skin types. If your child has sensitive or dry skin, this is the perfect product to help treat their skin ailment. 

Important: Please perform a skin test before using Mahogany Butters. If a rash or irritation occurs, please discontinue use immediately.

Do you accept returns?
Unfortunately, because every purchase is made to order, we do not accept returns.  

My order isn't what I expected, what should I do?
We’re sorry that your order is not what you expected. Please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order at mahoganybutters@gmail.com so that we may rectify the situation as soon as possible.  We want our butter-lovers to be pleased with their purchase!

 All payments are accepted and processed through PayPal. If you have any trouble with processing your order, please email us immediately.  

Order Processing

The turnaround time is 4-7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. This does not include weekends or holidays.
